FitnessCollection is looking for an Online Marketer that has a digital DNA, loves creative messaging, working with key marketing and brand building partners. The role is a key part of the team that will scale the company's business in Stockholm, Gothenburg and other cities.

FitnessCollection provides access to over 140 training studios in Stockholm and Gothenburg. Instead of having 1 gym card for your cardio, 1 yoga membership near where you live and 1 swimming card to train with your friend - we bring them all and much more into one membership. Our product experience is intuitive, inspiring and smooth - making workouts fun. We’re changing the way people think about workouts!

Our next key team member:
We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager with 2-3 years experience of working with buying online media across channels. You understand how to drive traffic, build brand both organically and through paid channels. You can learn new tools and platforms quickly, and like to look at how you are contributing to driving growth. As a bonus, we would love if you have a good understanding of product.

We believe you can identify the most important issues through an analytical process, find creative and impactful solutions to them and measure the results. The metric is to drive traffic, downloads and registrations / sign ups.

You are not afraid to analyze the data, try new ideas, fail, learn and try again. You are social, energetic and a team player that likes to share, participate and get your hands dirty. Together with the rest of the team you are writing the playbook of how we expand in new cities. On your spare time you love exercising and would feel pride in building the next generation fitness membership.

Required qualifications: 

  • Master of Science degree preferred, but not necessary as you might have acquired your skills and attitude through work experience.
  • At least 2-3 years experience of working with buying online media across channel
  • Manage our strategic marketing partners and implement our media budget
  • Results oriented, process-driven, strategic thinker with an understanding of planning and budgeting.

  • Content / SEO and SEM / Google
  • Organic Social Media Marketing
  • Managing our web and sign up flows on the product to suggest improvements and test
  • General support for marketing and product function (includes copy)
  • A deep understanding of new technology. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset at the ability to manage your own priorities is a must. 
  • Strong communications skills in both Swedish and English is required.

Reports to: CEO
Location: This position is based in Stockholm
Starting: September 2018
